50% Deposit to Hold Your Date
Non-refundable. Balance due 60 days before your event.
$500 Refundable Security Deposit
Due 30 days before your event. Refunded within 14 days after, assuming no property damage.
Event Insurance Required
Event and alcohol liability insurance, typically $150 – $300. Proof due one week before the wedding.
Outside Caterers Welcome
Bring your own caterer. Prep and storage space provided; kitchens must be fully off-site.
